Road To Baybeats 09 Part 1

After a very long break from this blog due to an everlasting stressful schedule, here are is a recollection from the recording session I had recently.

A few points to take note when you are entering the studio:
  1. Wipe your hands dry before going forth for the first take (I'm guilty for this)
  2. Don't drop your pick/drumstick
  3. Don't let your mind trail off (yes, I am guilty of this too)
  4. Relax and don't tense up too much, it's all still a fun experience
  5. Pray that your sound engineer doesn't snap at you for having multiple takes due to some retarded mistakes made
  6. Oh yeah, what you thought was your tone of glory, might need to change to avoid buzzing and shit like that.
The end product will be given back to us on Wednesday, there are still a few mistakes here and there in the final product but it's a semi-live recording anyways. So I wouldn't complain.

The famous Ah Boy of TNT Studios:
Didn't manage to get any other photos from inside the studio as there was no time to dilly dally.

Yes, they do sound like some Singa-indon band, yes, I'm playing in this band for the time being too. Can't complain much, their attitude combined are much more tolerable than most other bands I have played in. So that's a plus so far, but I still do plan to form my own band.

Looking for members:
1 Ukelele player
1 Maracas shaker
1 coffee boy
1 Maynard James Keenan
2 Bassists
