The True Horror

Recently, I've seen an influx of Asian horror box-office turned into CGI-laden White Crap. The main idea for these unoriginal producers and directors from the great US of A is to tweak abit of an Asian horror movie and throw in WHITE people into the movie and release it AGAIN. I mean, why can't they just import the damned movie and screen it in it's whole glory.

First it was The Ring.
Then, there was The Grudge.
Next, The Eye.
Now, there's...yeah, Shutter.

I wonder what the hell are they thinking. It's as though people are dumb enough to actually appreciate the WHITE and supposedly SUPERIOR version better than the pure,Asian horror madness? I am really bothered by seeing all these trailers of The "Something" as though it's some new horror movie. I remember watching The Eye way back when I was still in secondary school. And the Asian version is definitely better, cause these Whites are just copying the idea and making it more "clean". I mean, look at the ghosts! They look as though they just left a sanitation facility or just underwent photoshop airbrushing a little too much. Either way, they look like they belong in a kids morning show.

Compare any of these White horror movies to Asian horror movies. You get what I mean. And some of you probably will say that they probably remade it to make it more understandable by the mass. I don't think so, cause there's always subtitles. I mean, heck..there's even subtitles in English for English movies. How can an Asian Horror movie not relate to the movie-goer? Oh yeah,they're not White I guess.

Well, I guess we should remake their movies too then. Which some directors have, and received bad reviews. But when the Whites do it, even Asians flock to watch it again! I can't understand that.

All I know, they suck at making horror movies even when it's copying other people's ideas. I still give them credit for making great action and gore movies.
